The underwriting pre-check form allows us to share a very clear story with the underwriter(s) who will review your merchant application and underwriting documents. Once we have the approval to submit your merchant application we will contact you, provide you an application and advise you in writing of the underwriting requirements you must submit to complete the underwriting review.

When submitting a High Risk deal to MHRP simply fill out the Underwriting Pre-Check form in its entirety and send back via email to highriskdocs@merchanthighriskprocessing.com or fax (877 646 9047) today.

What happens after we receive your UW pre-check form:

• When we receive your underwriting pre-check form we will submit your UW pre-check form to underwriting.
• Underwriters will review and agree to approve or decline the underwriting of your account.
• Once they agree to review your account we send you a merchant application and a list of required underwriting requirements.
• You send the signed merchant application and requested underwriting documents back to highriskdocs@merchanthighriskprocessing.com or fax 877 646 9047
• Underwriting will complete full underwriting of your application.
• Once complete and approved we will contact you with download instructions.
